Risk Disclosure

Last updated 5 September 2026

!
Trading foreign exchange, contracts for difference, synthetic indices and binary options carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of some or all of your capital. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

1. Sovereign is execution software

Sovereign Systems provides software that parses and executes trading instructions you receive from sources you choose, on trading accounts you own, according to configuration you set. Sovereign does not provide trading signals, trade recommendations, portfolio management, or financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and is not a broker, an investment adviser, or a financial institution.

2. No performance guarantee

Nothing provided by Sovereign guarantees any profit, any win rate, any level of drawdown, or execution at any particular price or time. Past performance of any signal source, strategy or account is not indicative of future results. Automated execution can lose money as fast as, or faster than, manual trading.

3. Execution depends on third parties

Fills, slippage, spreads, requotes, gaps, platform outages and rejections are determined by your broker and by market conditions, not by Sovereign. Virtual stop-loss features (including in Sovereign Vanguard) attempt to close positions but cannot guarantee a fill at the intended level, particularly during fast markets or gaps.

4. Signal sources are your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the signal sources you connect, for your legal right to act on their content, and for the consequences of executing them. Sovereign does not vet, endorse or verify any signal source.

5. Binary options and regional restrictions

Sovereign Strike executes binary-option trades on IQ Option OTC markets. Binary options are especially high-risk and are restricted or banned for retail clients in a number of jurisdictions. Sovereign Strike is not offered for retail use in the United Kingdom or the European Union. You must ensure that your use of any Sovereign product is lawful in your jurisdiction.

6. Synthetic indices

Instruments such as Boom 500 are synthetic products with engineered volatility characteristics, including large one-directional spikes. Risk-management tools reduce but do not remove exposure to these events.

7. Technical risk

Automated systems depend on connectivity, third-party APIs, correct configuration and running infrastructure. Downtime, misconfiguration, latency, or changes by Telegram or your broker can cause missed trades, duplicate trades, or unintended trades. You remain responsible for monitoring your accounts.

8. Your acknowledgement

By using any Sovereign product you acknowledge that you understand these risks, that you are acting on your own judgement, and that Sovereign Systems is not liable for trading losses arising from your use of the software. This disclosure supplements, and does not replace, the Terms of Service.
